Job Description

UPMC Community Medicine, Inc., (CMI) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for Drs. John, Chantz, Biedrzycki & Associates UPMC located in picturesque Aspinwall, Pennsylvania.  


In this role, you will be compensated with a base salary and the opportunity to earn additional incentives. Maximize your annual income with the Premier Partners Program based on quality metrics and an APP Utilization Program. CMI encourages a healthy work-life balance by offering a mix of clinic-based work with the opportunity for some remote work.


All UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. Primary Care Physicians are provided resources to help you achieve these incentives including easy referrals to social work, behavioral health and nutritionist professionals, diabetic retinal exams read by an Ophthalmologist, and partnerships with UPMC Health Plan. Additionally, a team of administrative leaders are responsible for practice operations, so that you can focus on patient care and settling into our team of 350 world-class Primary Care Physicians.


Practice Details: 

-         This single-location, family-oriented practice is located on the campus of UPMC St. Margaret in Aspinwall, PA.

-         Join a seven-physician team who have clinic hours along with responsibilities rounding at UPMC St. Margaret.

-         Physicians in the practice care for a full spectrum of patients (minus OB) with two providers also specializing in geriatrics.

-         Weekend call is shared amongst the physicians in the practice with each provider also having weeknight call responsibilities once per week. 

-         Practice resources include blood draws, fundus photos, nebulizer treatments, EKG, minor surgeries and IUD/Nexplanon placement, along with resources available at the hospital.


Job Qualifications:

-         Medical Degree

-         Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion

-         Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)

-         Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License

-         DEA certification
