Full-time hospital employed position. Friday-Friday schedule; 12-hour days, one week on, one week off. On-call during your week on shift 7p-7a. Average patient census in ICU: 7-10. Team: one physician, 5 advanced providers, support staff (RN's, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff). Brand new Ultrasound in 2023!. EPIC Smart Rooms . Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site. Hospital built in 2008. Base salary, $60K sign-on bonus, and $2K per month for resident/fellow stipend up to $24K in last year of training, also qualifying for the PSLF. Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage. Retirement, health/dental/vision insurance, 15 days PTO and country club membership included. CME time and $$$.
