Your New Practice:

These 245-bed hospital has dominated healthcare in this city for decades. With their new partnership with Mercy Health, this hospital is doing some exciting things including orthopedics. If you have ever wanted to be part of a practice where you have the contract with a D1 FBS University and 13 area high schools, this is your dream practice.  You will join 5 ORS surgeons as well as be supported by incredible APP’s and 3 Sports FP’s.

This is a turn-key practice that is ready-made for a surgeon who has a passion for sports, you are reading about the right opportunity. Please consider the following.

·       Base Salary-$650,000.00

·       The guaranteed income is complemented with an aggressive RVU production bonus formula. You will make considerably more than the guarantee.

·       Sign-on bonus-$50,000.00

·       Relocation-Up to $10,000.00

·       Retirement-401k

·       Malpractice is covered.

·       4 weeks’ vacation plus NYD, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. These are all allowed while under the guarantee.

·       1-week CME-$5000 per fiscal year

·       Residency or Fellowship Stipend $2,000/monthly during their residency or fellowship
