Np-cardiovascular Position W/well-established Practice In Southeast Alabama
A well-established, hospital-employed surgical group in Dothan, Alabama, seeks an additional Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join their practice. Exceptional referral base with strong primary care and cardiology physician referral sources from 13 counties. Experience with vein harvesting and surgical first assisting is required, and RNFA certification will be required for NPs.
Practice Highlights
- Hospital-employed position
- DaVinci robotic surgical system and Maquet EVH system available
- Call shared equally at 1:3
- Cardiology, intensivist, and interventional radiology support services 24/7
- Responsibilities will include assisting in the OR, performing vein harvesting, facilitating hospital rounds, and seeing patients in the post-op clinic
- 22 ORs with 2 endovascular suites and open heart suites

- Leading compensation package
- $15,000 commencement payment with only 1 year of debt obligation
