- $60k total retention bonus (paid $20k at the end of years 1, 2, and 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50k annually (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off; 5 days of CME time with a $6k annual stipend
- Pain injections with no pain med management
- Procedures done in an ambulatory surgery center in town
- Town of 15k that's 30 minutes south of Mattoon
- Employed position is in a small town with a low cost of living
