Locums Radiology- Diagnostic/Interventional Physician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Radiology -
Diagnostic/Interventional Physician to join our 289 bed facility in Margate,
FL. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare
environment, providing diagnostic and interventional radiology services to
patients. The physician will be responsible for interpreting a variety of
imaging studies and performing interventional procedures as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday to
Sunday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm EST
- Minimum
Number of Shifts: 1 Week per Month
Additional Information:
- Daily
Diagnostic Volume: 80-90 RVUs per shift
- Clinician
RVU Expectation: 10-12 RVUs per hour
- Modality
Split:
- XR
(X-Ray): 35-40%
- CT:
35-40%
- MR
(Magnetic Resonance), US (Ultrasound), NM (Nuclear Medicine): 20-30%
- Average
Number of Cases per Radiologist, per Day: 100-120 studies
- EMR:
Meditech
- Voice
Recognition and PACS: Dolby Dictation System
Qualifications:
- Medical
Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board
certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Experience
in interventional radiology preferred.
- Current
licensure in the state of Florida.
- Proficiency
in voice recognition and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
platforms.
