OB/GYN Job In Nags Head, North Carolina
Locums OBGYN Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to
provide coverage in Nags Head, NC. This position entails call coverage, nights,
and weekends, with responsibilities including responding to obstetric and
gynecologic emergencies, performing deliveries and C-sections, and providing
patient care in the hospital setting.

Job Details:
·
Average total inpatient census: 3-4 patients.
·
Average number of patients per day per
provider: 15-18.
·
Average number of admissions per shift: 1-2
admissions during the day, 2-3 admissions at night.
·
No ICU/critical care duties required.
·
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification required.
·
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required from the American
Heart Association (AHA).
·
Perform OB/GYN procedures as needed in the
emergency room.
·
Conduct C-sections and vaginal deliveries.
