Requirements:

• Three years or more as a Physician preferred
• Board Certification commensurate to practice specialty preferred.
• Licensed by the State of NH as a Physician.
• Active DEA Registration.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required and maintained throughout employment.  ACLS certification preferred.
