Seeking a Clinical Pediatric Nurse Manager to play a pivotal role in coordinating resident care delivery, recommending, developing, and implementing policies and procedures. Leading the team, the Nurse Manager ensures operational excellence in collaboration with staff and the interdisciplinary team. Upholding Rutland Nursing Home’s Mission and Core Values, the Nurse Manager fosters an environment of dignity, respect, and courtesy for residents, families, and colleagues.

Compensation:  $123,500 - $133,500

Qualifications:

·         Graduate of an accredited RN program.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

·         Acute or Long-Term Pediatric Experience preferred.

·         Nurse Manager/Supervisory Experience preferred.

·         Ventilator experience preferred.

·         Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in New York State.

·         Current BCLS certification.

·         PALS Certification preferred.
