Assistant Director, Admissions PRI Nurse

Seeking an Assistant Director, Admissions PRI Nurse who will report to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in coordinating, evaluating, and facilitating referrals for potential admissions. Serving as a liaison between nursing homes, hospitals, and community agencies, this position ensures a seamless transition in the admissions process. The Assistant Director reviews clinical documentation, completes pre-admission assessments, and coordinates all aspects of the admissions process with the interdisciplinary team.

Compensation: $118,00-$125,00
Qualifications:

Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program(s).
·
Previous experience in post-acute admissions
processes required.
·
New York State Registered Nurse or Licensed
Practical Nurse.
·
PRI certified preferred.
