Director, Employee Health/Registered Nurse

Seeking a Director of Employee Health Services to be responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day operations within the department. The Director is tasked with setting and achieving strategic goals, promoting organizational values, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position requires expertise in overseeing employee health, wellness programs, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation:  $148,000 – $165,000

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing; master’s degree (MSN) preferred.

·         Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.

·         Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience in an Employee Health setting.

·         Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

·         Current Nurse Practitioner certification in the specialty area.

·         Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.

·         Current CNOR/CRNFA certification (if applicable).

·         Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

·         Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
