We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist Physician to contribute to our mission.  As a Hospitalist Physician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional medical care. 

Responsibilities:

• Participating in a 7-on, 7-off rotation schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conducting patient assessments, overseeing rounds, and managing discharges.
• Utilizing the Cerner EMR system to maintain accurate and organized patient records.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of patient, client, and clinician satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·         Board Certification/Eligibility: BC/BE ABIM/ABFM (Depending on location)

• Valid medical license for practice in Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in clinical care and dedication to evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
• Welcoming attitude towards H1B visa applicants.
