Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Opportunity for a full time, employed
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice serving the
Grafton community for more than 100 years. This practice has a strong patient
following allowing the new provider the ability to ramp up quickly.

Details:
- Four 10 hour shifts
- Weekdays only, either Monday or Friday off
- Call is 1:4 (Phone call only as they have a Hospitalist team that does the admits)
- We use Cerner for EMR
- Average number of patients seen daily; 15 - 20
- Schedule is 20 - 40-minute appointments
- Need is immediate.
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License
- New Hampshire licensed and DEA
Our 25-bed critical access hospital in New Hampshire offers a place to build a distinguished career in healthcare and much more. The FM physician can see pediatrics patients, however we have two Pediatricians and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
