Licensed Clinical Social Worker

As a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Littleton New Hampshire, your job is to provide mental health care and support to individuals, families, and groups.

Compensation plus Benefits: Base Salary $70,000 - $80,00, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Disability, PTO, etc..

Details:

• Conducting assessments: You will conduct mental health assessments to evaluate a client's condition, including their psychological, social, and emotional well-being.
• Developing treatment plans: Based on the assessment, you will create a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, counseling, and other interventions.
• Providing therapy: You will provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients work through their issues and develop coping strategies.
• Case management: You may also assist clients with accessing community resources, such as housing, food, and healthcare.
• Advocacy: You will advocate for clients' needs and rights, working to ensure they receive appropriate services and support.
• Record-keeping: You will maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' treatment, progress, and case management 

Requirements:

• Education: You must have a master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Clinical experience: You must have at least two years of clinical experience under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
• Licensure: You must hold a current, active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) from the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice.
• Continuing education: You must participate in ongoing continuing education to maintain your license and stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social work.
