Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician

Academic Practice is searching for a full time Board certified or Board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician. The MFM clinical practice includes High Risk services such as Ultrasound, Diagnostic testing, Genetic Counseling & Diabetes education; there are no fetal surgeries performed.

Requirements: Candidates must have MD or DO degree, able to obtain Arizona medical license, Board-certified or Board eligible. Duties will include full scope generalist OB/GYN practice with significant teaching responsibilities.

Our MFM physicians serve as core faculty for the Creighton integrated OB Residency hosted at VHMC and St. Joseph’s Hospital/Dignity Health. The focus of the team is to treat the underserved patients of Phoenix and surrounding communities of Maricopa County as well as function as an academic institution which encourages teaching and research.

This academic practice has educational and research affiliations with Creighton University, the University of Arizona School of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, Arizona State University. This along with the Ob/Gyn Department’s work with quality improvement, healthcare disparities, refugee women's health and federally funded grants presents great opportunities beyond the clinic for the individual joining for this role.
