Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking compassionate clinicians to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will manage outpatient patient care and treatment in collaboration with our dedicated team. Your focus will be on providing exceptional patient care, performing health assessments, and managing common and complex conditions. Additionally, you will order and interpret diagnostic tests, formulate care plans, and prescribe medication or other treatments as needed.

Experience
- Experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Advanced Practice License in Connecticut (or eligibility)
- DEA license (or eligibility for registration)
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification
