Envision is seeking a FT physician for our Cypress Creek Surgery Center Sites in several So Florida locations!

Adding a new location for the Cypress Creek Surgical Centers: The Orthopedic Surgery Center of Loxahatchee Groves! Our centers perform a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. Physician Details:

-Typical day is normally 7a-3/5p

- no nights, no weekends, no call!

-Case types include: General, Regional, Ortho, Spine, Joints, ENT, Gen Surgery, Pain & GI

-Must be able to go to a few different facilities based on need
