Job Description

Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Travel: No

Compensation: $220k - $250k / year

Bonus: RVU

Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage, Loan Forgiveness, $200 Bi Weekly Wellness Credit, HSA Contributions

Sign On Bonus / Relocation: Negotiable: $7,500 - $10,000 relocation available

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician (MD/DO) to join our innovative medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive health care services to our diverse patient populations and manage a wide range of health problems and conditions. The Primary Care Physician's focus will be on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages and demographics.

2. Manage chronic and acute illnesses in an outpatient setting.

3. Conduct routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, screening tests, and personalized counseling.

4. Collaborate with a team of health professionals including nurses, healthcare personnel, and specialists to establish and execute a personalized treatment plan.

5. Maintain confidential and detailed medical records to track each patient's progress.

6. Emphasize preventive care and health education with patients, teaching them how to make lifestyle changes to promote health and prevent disease.

7. Participate in ongoing education to stay abreast of medical advancements and industry standards.

8. Knowing when to refer patients to specialists, and coordinating that care.

9. Conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests to gain more information for underlying conditions.

10. Be available to address patient concerns and answer their questions, providing the reassurance and support they need.

Other Requirements:

  • AZ MD/DO License (or willing to obtain)

  • Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine

  • Residency Completed in US Based Program
