Family Medicine Physician Bilingual English/Spanish

We are seeking a dedicated full time Family Physician proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team in Hialeah, FL, and provide comprehensive primary care services to our diverse patient population. As a key member of our medical team, the Physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, participating in On-Call rotations, conducting peer reviews, engaging in performance improvement projects, and fulfilling administrative duties. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000, plus benefits

Requirements:

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O).

• Current Board Certification

• Active and clear Florida License and no prior licensing infractions in other states.

• Current DEA certification.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Medicare, Medicaid and other State & Federal healthcare programs.

• Must have excellent organizational and people skills, including community/provider relationship skills.

• Must be computer proficient and experienced with EHR (EPIC)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish, 99 % Spanish speaking)

• Current CPR (from American Heart Association)
