Nurse Practitioner
Non-Profit Health Center is
searching for a full time Nurse Practitioner. Under the direction of a
physician the NP is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the
health care of patients on assigned service. Emphases preventative health
measures and education of patients. The NP will perform other duties as
assigned and in compliance with systems and job specific standards.
Salary Range: $130,000 -
$135,000 / yearly

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Four years of business office experience in, preferably in a large medical practice with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State
- Minimum Work Related Experience: 5 to 8 years.
- Preferred Work Experience: 8 plus Years
Specialized Skills &
Knowledge:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish (orally and written)
- Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures that nurse practitioners are trained to do and are necessary for practicing in health care centers.
- Competence in delivery of health care to patients (including preventative health education)
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the Health Center in order to maintain high quality standards and achieve client satisfaction.
