Come live and practice in this storied central Texas town that features a scenic Riverwalk and a reasonable drive to both Austin and Dallas. This role offers flexible shifts and great income potential. The pay is based on experience and increases rapidly. Someone with 10 years' experience would have a base around $250K. Even after reaching the pay max, salaries will increase 2-3% per year here. Work OT or choose to enjoy your free time. With experience and overtime, one can earn up to $315K. Here you can see high acuity cases, including neuro, thoracic, trauma, and OB/GYN.
