Job Description:HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CRNAs that desire a No call- shift work schedule and the ability to practice top of license to join the growing team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital located just north of Tampa on the West Coast of FL.
Highlight of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs covering Main OR plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo. ACT Supervision 1:4.
- Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc. No OB. No Peds. Annual volume approx. 9,000 cases.
- NO CALL. Shift model. Including 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and 24s.
- CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
- Cohesive, supportive new team and engaged clinical leadership.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
- Excellent base salary with additional stipends for Trauma and geography.
- Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis.
