• Affiliated with the Childrens Hospital in Spokane and Seattle
• Nurturing environment open to mentoring recent graduates
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health onsite
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• 20 - 25 patients per day
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
• Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
• Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
• Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
• Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
- Compensation: $261,053 to $282,219.

What Were Seeking in a Candidate

• Board certified or board eligible physician
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
