**Located in Bourbonnais, 55m to Chicago**
**Full Time Position**
We are currently looking for an Internal Medicine Provider to join our team!
**Opportunity**
Monday-Friday Outpatient Clinic
Joining an existing collegial practice
Existing panel of patients
EPIC EMR
Minimal weekday call
Rotating weekend call schedule (from home)
**Compensation**
Competitive base salary consistent with MGMA guidelines
Production bonus based on wRVUs
Loan repayment
Sign-on bonus
Generous paid time off
**Location**
One hour from Chicago
