Role Overview

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
15 to 18 patients per day
Flexible schedule Monday through Friday
Part-time and full-time schedule options rounding 2-4 days/week
Post-acute care inpatient setting

Job Duties

Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
Medical director duties for assigned facilities
Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians
Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
Represent TeamHealth in establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community
Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop individualized care plans, and share ideas about facility metrics

Qualifications

Post-acute care experience a plus, but not required
Leadership background a plus, but not required; training will be provided
Active and unrestricted New Mexico license
Active and unrestricted New Mexico DEA

Our compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $296,000 to $360,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
