**Skill Requirements**
- Low risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
- Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, c-section decision-making
- Complicated delivery: c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
- Surgical gynecology:
- Open
- Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures
- Operative/major procedures

**Submission Requirements**
- Board certified or board eligible
- Clean history
- ACLS ATLS, BLS, PALS
