Details & Qualifications:
* Board-certified in psychiatry and eligible to obtain Maine licensure
* Proven leadership experience in an outpatient or academic setting
* Provide visionary leadership to outpatient psychiatric services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
* Oversee program development, clinical operations, and quality improvement initiatives
* Serve as a mentor and educator for residents in our training program, contributing to their professional growth
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and administrators to meet the needs of our diverse patient population
* Maintain a partial clinical practice, delivering care to adults, adolescents, or children, based on your expertise
* Lead recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts for outpatient clinical staff
