Responsibilities
We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Hospitalists to join our dynamic team at Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital, located on the campus of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women in Germantown, a vibrant suburb of Memphis, Tennessee.
Position Highlights- Provide care for medically complex pediatric patients and healthy newborns
- Approximately 300 pediatric admissions annually with an average daily census of 3–4
- Responsibilities include:
- Pediatric floor and nursery admissions and management
- Family consultations and communication with referring physicians
- Work alongside a dedicated Pediatric Intensivist team also managed by Pediatrix
- In-house daytime coverage with at-home night call
- Access to a full range of pediatric subspecialists including:
- Pediatric Intensivists, Neurology, Cardiology, GI, Orthopedics, ENT, Pulmonology, and Surgery

Qualifications
Board Certified Pediatrics
Board Certified Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred, but not required.
