Post-Acute Advanced Practice Clinician in Crossville, TN

Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Crossville, Tennessee, as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at a skilled nursing facility with targeted rounding of 3 days per week.

This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position. Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $73,567 to $75,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
