Opportunity Details: A full-time physician is needed to join the dynamic team at a busy outpatient practice with strong patient demand. This role offers a variety of benefits, flexibility, and teaching opportunities.
Shared Call Rotation: About 1 in every 70 days with RN triage support
Physician-governed organization
Flexible schedule options: 3, 4, or 5-day work week
Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for additional compensation
Opportunities to teach medical students and precept NP/PA students
Potential for hybrid work in hospital medicine if desired
Leadership and administrative roles available
Recruitment Package:
Starting compensation: $250,000 $270,000, with potential for additional productivity earnings
Starting bonus up to $75,000
Retention bonus of $25,000
