**Coverage Need**
- Start Date: August 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Flexible shifts (8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours) including late shifts (3pm-11pm) and weekends
- Minimum Availability: 3 weekdays per week
- Friday availability required for temporary privileges
- 40-hour guarantee option available

**Position Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
- Practice Settings: Inpatient
- Float Requirement: Must float between two locations (Novi and Southfield), notice given day prior
- Average Cases Per Day: 15-20 per site, 36 -46 total
- Case Types: Neuro, endoscopy, radiology (no hearts); limited peds
- Supervision: 4:1 CRNA model (physicians perform own blocks/regionals)
- CRNAs responsible for their own arterial lines
- Will facility accept multiple providers? Yes
- Temporary privileges available for candidates with Friday availability
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI license
- Clean background
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- Local providers highly preferred (mileage-only or all-inclusive)
- Must submit all time-off requests up front
- Current flu vaccine or valid medical exemption required

**Skill Requirements**
- Independent arterial line placement
- Experience in neuro, endoscopy, and radiology procedures
- Ability to float between sites and adapt to fast-paced settings
