Job Description

Are you a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) who aims to change the lives in your patients by providing the best quality of care? If so, TeamHealth needs you to join our multi-facility team in Tampa, Florida. We are seeking advanced practice clinicians (APC) with a minimum of two (2) years of prior emergency medicine (EM) experience, current Florida licensure as well as ACLS/PALS certifications. This position includes shifts at the main campus at Tampa General as well as TGH outpatient facility in Brandon and the new Kennedy free standing emergency department.

About TeamHealth Tampa General Hospital

Located in downtown Tampa, TGH is a 959-bed tertiary care hospital that serves as the primary teaching hospital for the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine. TGH is a state-approved Pediatric Level I Trauma Referral Center with a 4-helicopter Regional Aeromedical Transport program, the Tampa Bay Regional Burn Center, and a state-designated Spinal Cord and Head Injury Center.
