Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule: 7:00p - 7:00a (Night shift only)

Clinical Details:

• Inpatient emergency department setting


• Average 20 patients per shift


• 23-bed department


• Level 3 trauma center


• Support staff: 5 RNs, 1 MA, 2 APPs


• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine


• Active NM license


• ACLS


• ATLS


• BLS


• PALS


• Clean history

Skills Needed:

• Emergency medicine for high-acuity night shift coverage


• Rapid triage and stabilization of trauma and non-trauma patients


• Effective teamwork with RNs, APPs, and emergency staff
