* Located in ***Palestine, TX*** - just 100 miles from Dallas
* Service area: 100k
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Joining an established practice with 1 other General Surgeon & a large referral base
* Bread and butter procedures with scopes
* Scopes are required
* Call: 10 days/month (only one weekend/month)
* OR block time
* 3 clinic days/2 OR days
* 5 ORs and 2 GI suites
* Currently, no robot; in discussions to get one, but not finalized
* Generous compensation package aligned with MGMA median or higher
* Base salary guarantee with wRVU production
* Sign-on bonus
