**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Inpatient only, 2nd call/backup OB/GYN coverage
- CNM handles first call

**Confirmed Coverage Dates**:
- **July**: 15-17, 29-30
- **August**: 1-3, 5-10
- **September**: 1-3, 9-10, 22-24, 30
- **October**: 1 - 5, 7-8, 13-15, 21-23, 28-29, 31

**Requirements:**
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Licensed in PA or IMLC (with PA-specific trainings: 3 hrs Child Abuse Reporting + 4 hrs Opioid Education)
- Clean History

**Skills Needed:**
- Routine and complicated deliveries (including decision-making for C-section)
- Surgical gynecology
- OB ultrasounds (Level I/II), FHR interpretation
- Management of low/high-risk pregnancies
- Repair of 3rd/4th-degree lacerations
- Minor office GYN procedures (e.g. IUD, colposcopy, LEEP)
- No supervision or teaching required
