Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated team in a four-room surgical center operating under a care-team model. This role provides a collaborative environment where CRNAs work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional anesthesia care.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for a variety of procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop comprehensive anesthesia care plans.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other members of the healthcare team.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia care.

Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and active licensure.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
Full-time W2 position: $265,000 per year.
Full-time 1099 position: $414,000 per year.
