**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: ASAP upon credentialing (Emergency Privileges available)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible shifts available: 5x8s, 4x10s, 3x12s)
- Full-Time strongly preferred; will consider Part-Time and weekends only
- Guaranteed: 40 hours/week unless provider requests time off
- Call: None
- Holidays: No holiday work required

**Position Details**
- Provider Type: CRNA
- Setting: Hospital-based (with some shifts at satellite location across the street)
- Average Surgical Cases per Day: 25
- Case Mix: 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
- Preferred Experience: GI (Mon-Thurs 4x10s), Pediatrics, Spinals, Neurosurgical (spine), complex ortho/vascular (no open heart)
- OR Equipment: GE Carestation 650s
- EMR: Epic
- Anesthesia Team: 11 Anesthesiologists, 28 CRNAs
- Team Model: Supervision typically 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
- Orientation:
- Mon: Tour & badge
- Tues: Full day Epic training
- Wed Fri: Shadowing
- Privileges must be approved prior to orientation

**Rate**
- $155-165/Hr

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active Colorado license
- NBCRNA Certified (no new grads)
- BLS
- Epic Experience: Must disclose years of use and last used date (MM/YYYY)
- COVID Vaccination
- Clean malpractice / background history

**Skill Requirements**
- General anesthesia (adult)
- Preferred: Spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical (spine), complex ortho/vascular
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
- Willingness to float to nearby satellite location
