Job Overview:
We are seeking an Infectious Disease Physician for a part-time locum tenens position in Ohio. This opportunity requires a minimum availability of 1 full week.
Position Details:
- Manage new consults and follow up on inpatients
- Respond to patient calls from the emergency department and admitted patients
- Work with RN triage service for established patient calls
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 14
- On-Call: Yes (In-House & Telephone)
- Solo Coverage: Yes
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Infectious Disease (MD/DO)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Licensure: Active Ohio medical license required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- DEA Required: Yes
