**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: Starting 6/30/2025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4x10 hour shifts per week (full-time only)
- Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed, overtime after 40 hours
- Reason: Extra volume and summer coverage
- Call: None
- Holidays Observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

- Supervision: Yes, CRNAs work under anesthesiologists

- Privileges Required: No
- Temporary Privileges Available: No
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 PA/NP, 1 office staff, anesthesia techs, SCAs
- Patients Per Day: N/A
- Surgeries: Full surgical case mix (excluding open heart); includes heads and healthy pediatrics, mitral clips, watchman procedures
- OB: Not included
- Number of ORs: 24+

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active Pennsylvania license
- Board Certified
- Full-time availability (3 - 4 weeks/month)
- Clean malpractice/background history

**Skill Requirements**
- General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma)
- Spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia
- Neurosurgical, thoracic, and complex orthopedic cases
- Ventilation and volume/BP management
- Use of x-ray guidance for blocks
- Central/arterial/PA line placement (preferred)
