**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Licensed in PA only
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Fellowship trained

**Skills Needed:**
- Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder fulguration, varices injection)
- PEG placement
- Esophageal dilation/manometry and interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy (flexible and rigid), colonoscopy (biopsy, polyp excision)
- ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) - Preferred
- Liver biopsy - Preferred
- Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube - Preferred
