**Position Details**
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Outpatient only
- No call
- EMR: Paragon
- Rounding on assigned patients only
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
- Support staff includes: 2 RNs, 1 Office Staff
- No supervision of APPs or residents
- Holidays observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

**Skill Requirements**
- Brachytherapy: intracavitary, interstitial, vascular/endovascular, LDR, HDR
- External Beam Therapy (EBRT): linear accelerator, Rapid Arc/VMAT, electrons, tomotherapy, superficial/orthovoltage
- Techniques: conventional/conformal therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS (CyberKnife, GammaKnife), IORT, TBI, TSE, hyper-altered fractionation
- Treatment Planning: conventional, MLC/beam shaping, 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT or MRI image fusion, EPI
- Clinical trials participation

**Submission Requirements**
- Active NC license or IMLC required
- Board certified
- Clean history
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
