As a TeamHealth post-acute care clinician you will provide coverage for our conveniently located skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Schenectady, New York area.   

Qualifications:

• New York NP or PA License and DEA
• Ability to see 15 or more patients per day
• Ability to adhere to timely chart completions

Our compensation model is a fee for service model with an expected compensation estimated range of $130,760 - $154,911 annually with no cap on productivity income.
