**Schedule**: 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a)

**Clinical Details:**
- 1 MD + 2 APPs per shift
- Open ICU support
- Annual ED volume: 32,000
- Avg daily census: 90-100 patients
- Typical MD load: 18-20 patients per shift

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Active NC license
- Must be enrolled in NC Medicaid and PECOS
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Fellowship required

**Skills Needed:**
- Emergency care across all ages
- Ability to supervise mid-level providers
- Experience with open ICU preferred
