Job Description
Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care team.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Hospital employed position
- Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
- In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care

- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
- No ER call
- Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base

- Open to new graduates
- Full-time employment (no locums)
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital is located in Warsaw, Indiana and is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago. This 72-bed facility is a member of the Lutheran Health Network and has achieved 100 Top Hospital status from Thomason Reuters as recently as 2011. LKH offers a newly renovated 14-bed intensive care unit and an 18-bed emergency department.
