• Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, no weekends, no call, holidays as needed
• 90% productivity requirement
• Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Active Colorado state license required
• Must have 1 year of recent experience in Rehab setting
• ASHA (CCC) certification required
• 40 hours per week schedule
• BLS certification required
