• Tuesday - Sunday or Saturday - Thursday, possible weekend coverage
• EMR: Rehab Optima
• 35 hours guaranteed per week
• Strongly prefer SNF and Rehab Optima EMR experience
• 13-week assignment: May 19 - Aug 15, 2025
