• 3 days per week, 8:30 am - 5 pm for outpatient coverage
• 10 - 12 patients per day with variable complexity levels
• Outpatient and/or dialysis coverage with flexible inpatient options
• Support staff includes division case manager, 1.5 MAs, 1.5 office assistants
• Emergency dialysis coverage 1 - 2 times per month if covering inpatient
• Nephrology consultations and dialysis management required
• Coverage needed for clinic, pre-transplant, and dialysis services
• EMR: Cerner
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
