Staff Physician w/Obstetrical Privileges Opening in Santa Rosa, CA
Full-Time / OB Call Required

Position Highlights:
Full-spectrum primary care role at a community health center
Includes prenatal panel, reproductive health, and deliveries
OB call responsibility at affiliated hospital
Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine Residents
Spanish-speaking and immigrant patient population
Team-based care model using OCHIN Epic EMR

Responsibilities:
Clinic Duties:
Provide continuity primary care to a diverse patient panel
Use evidence-based medicine and team support to guide treatment
Complete documentation and inbox tasks in a timely manner
Refer and coordinate care with specialists as needed
Actively participate in quality improvement and clinic operations
Supervise up to 4 non-independent FNPs or PAs
Attend regular staff, site, and clinician meetings

OB Call Duties:
Serve on the SRCH OB call team for inpatient labor and delivery
Supervise Family Medicine Residents during call shifts
Attend OB team meetings and monthly OB/Peds M&M sessions
Maintain hospital privileges and certification requirements

Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
MD/DO with active CA medical license
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
ALSO certified (Instructor preferred)
BLS required
OB Fellowship and 100+ cesareans (if seeking surgical privileges)
50 deliveries in past 36 months

Experience & Skills:
Proficient in Epic (clinic and hospital systems)
Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)
Culturally responsive care experience
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-based skills
