Full Time/Permanent Position

Position Details:
Outpatient, community health center setting
Member of a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team
Monday Friday schedule with occasional evening & rotating Saturday shifts

Duties include:
Diagnosing & treating patients
Care coordination & referrals
EMR documentation (Epic preferred)
Participation in quality initiatives, provider meetings, and training
Clinical supervision of NPs and PAs

Qualifications:
MD or DO with active California license in good standing
Board Certified or Board Eligible in a primary care specialty (Family Medicine preferred)
Current BLS certification
Experience with EMR (Epic preferred)
Spanish proficiency a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $211,660 $255,709 (DOE)
