Per Diem Position

Position Details:
Community health center setting
Patient-Centered Medical Home model
Provide professional medical services for ongoing and acute care needs

Responsibilities include:
Diagnosis, treatment, and education
Charting, lab review, referrals, and after-hours coverage as needed
Team-based collaboration and leadership
Support supervision of NPs and PAs
Participate in provider meetings and quality initiatives

Qualifications:
Active California medical license in good standing
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Current BLS certification
EMR experience required (Epic preferred)

Skills & Attributes:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills
Familiarity with HIPAA and clinic compliance protocols
Collaborative team mindset with solid clinical judgment
